Pakistani citizens with strong academic records. Age limits: under 21 (Bachelor's), under 30 (Master's), under 35 (PhD).

Degree levels: bachelor, master, phd
Minimum IELTS: 6.0
Minimum TOEFL: 80
Turkish for Turkish-taught programmes. English-taught require IELTS/TOEFL.
Interview: Required as part of selection.
